The other can generally be a credit card. Kryterion testers must bring their test taker authorization code from their confirmation email. Castle testers must bring their exam password from their confirmation email.
If the technical issue is due to a problem with the Internet-Based Test server, they require that we wait 30 minutes for them to resolve the issue. If a candidate must wait more than 30 minutes, they have the option to wait to continue their exam or leave and reschedule with no penalty.
