“Alex Parris is a lifelong learner who combines problem-solving with a people-centered approach. She earned her B.S. in Interdisciplinary Studies from the University of Houston–Downtown and later completed her Master’s degree in Social Work, becoming a Licensed Master Social Worker (LMSW) in Texas. Her background in social work strengthens her ability to build connections, navigate complex challenges, and support both individuals and teams with empathy and practical solutions. Alex first joined E|CONSORTIUM in September 2014 as a Support Specialist and has grown with the company ever since.

Her role spans HR, accounting, inside sales, and administration, making her the go-to for connecting dots and solving problems.
