In the event of a technical issue, the tests are designed to stop the countdown clocks and save your completed questions to be continued once the connection to the exam server is restored.

If the technical issue is due to a problem with the Internet-Based Test server, they require that we wait 30 minutes for them to resolve the issue. If a candidate must wait more than 30 minutes, they have the option to wait to continue their exam or leave and reschedule with no penalty.
